How soon will my order be processed and shipped?

Orders placed Monday - Friday (excluding US holidays) will be processed and shipped within two-five business days once credit card authorization and verification have been secured. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on the following business day. 

Please be aware that your order may arrive in separate shipments.  Tracking number(s) will be provided for each shipment.

I’m in the United States and I didn't see a shipping fee during checkout. Is that correct?

Yes, free standard ground shipping is offered on all orders over $50.00, within the continental United States only. *This offer excludes shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories.

Are shipping charges refundable?

All shipping charges are Non-refundable.

Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

Yes, once the order has shipped, customers will receive a confirmation email and tracking information. 

When you say ”vegan”, what do you mean?

Vegan means that the products are cruelty-free (products are not tested on animals) AND they do not contain animal ingredients and by-products.

My item is Sold Out, when will it be restocked? 

Most of our products are hand made in small batches and tend to sell out quickly. Some products can take extra time to make, so it may take a few days to restock your product. The best way to receive notification that a product has been restocked is by joining the mailing list. 

What does “8-Free” Mean?

8-Free means that the nail lacquer does not contain toluene, dibutyl phthalate (DBP), formaldehyde, formaldehyde resin, camphor, triphenyl phosphate (TPHP), ethyl tosylamid, xylene, and animal ingredients.
